hi, I’m Jackie
I’m an illustrator, digital nomad, & wave seeker. I am happiest when I am spending time in & around the water, especially in the tropical latitudes. In my artwork, I seek to encompass the flow state that occurs while being present in this lifestyle.
I was born & raised in Miami with Cuban roots. I’m currently based between California & Brazil. I work as a freelance illustrator from these bases, or wherever I happen to be traveling in the world at that time.
My inspiration comes from surf, yoga, nature, & traveling to tropical destinations. I work with businesses who seek to incorporate sunny & salty inspired illustrations. My ultimate goal is to make this world more beautiful & vibrant, one design at a time.
I’m a self-taught illustrator, specializing in minimalistic line art filled in with vibrant colors. I love to explore different art techniques to expand my creative style on different canvases. My creativity flows from a life lived in motion, shaped by cultures, tides, y mucho sabor. All of my illustrations are hand drawn with love.
You can find my art on surfboards, apparel, stickers, packaging, murals, the list goes on. I love that my artwork is on everyday items for people to enjoy in their active life.
